Local SQLite

A Local SQLite connection reads a SQLite database file (.sqlite, .sqlite3 or .db) on your computer. The file stays where it is; Mycorr reads it in your browser. The tables you import from it are stored in Mycorr like any other table.

It needs a browser that can open local files: Chrome, Edge or Arc. In other browsers the option is greyed out. You can still export the data to CSV or Parquet and upload that.

Add a SQLite file

  1. Open Connections → Add connection and pick Local SQLite.
  2. Choose the file under Pick a SQLite database, or drop it on the box.
  3. Mycorr checks that it really is a SQLite database and keeps a working copy in your browser's storage. If there isn't enough room, it tells you how much it needs.
  4. When it says the connection is saved, import tables from it.

Dropping a SQLite file onto the canvas doesn't import it; add it here instead.

Import tables

Inside a model, open Import → Connections, expand the file, and drag a table onto the canvas.

Sync

When the file changes on disk, the table's sync action tells you: Source has changed — sync now, or Source is up to date. Choose it to sync (or Checkpoint, then sync). See Syncing.

The file lives on one computer, so only the person who added it, on that computer, can sync its tables.

On another computer or browser

The connection shows Needs to reconnect on this device. Open it on the Connections page and click Reconnect file…, then pick the same file. If its contents have changed in a way that makes it a different database, Mycorr refuses it; add it as a new connection instead.

Clear cached copy removes the working copy from this browser's storage. The connection and its tables stay.
